Intermittent squeak coming from pedal on ES300h

Intermittent squeak coming from pedal on ES300h
Hi everyone,
I am some brake pedal issue on my ES300h, I initially thought the sound came from the front brakes as they needed to be replaced, I had my rotors and brake pads and the sound is still there. Kind of strange if the car is parked I can't replicate the sound, only while I driving and coming to a stop.
Any suggestions on what could be causing that squeak.
