Hi everyone, I am considering of buying a 2010 RX450H fully loaded but high mileage 120K miles. Still thinking should I buy or should I go? Nice to meet all of you, hopefully I will get my first Lexus soon.

I know this sounds obvious, but give it a serious test drive, fast, slow, hard, easy... listen carefully, feel carefully. If it sounds good, runs good, looks good, it very likely is good. As HK says, you're only worry should be high mileage maintenance items which are of course recommended, but at your convenience. Some notable other things to check on a '10 RXh:
* The 12V Panasonic battery is very expensive to replace with OEM with few alternative options in Canada. It's possible the one you are looking at is still original and would be nearing the end of its life (mine is still original, just starting it's 10th year). If you look at it (beside the spare in the trunk), and it's a Panasonic, look for a date code printed on it.
* Original rear shocks on the '10 were prone to leaking.
* Some have "brake bark". A vibration in the brake actuator. Just a nuisance sound than an actual driving problem. To test, press hard on the brake pedal slowly several times. You can test during actual braking or just sitting.
* As with any used car, check out the engine bay for leaks, especially rad as they get a little more abuse. An extra thing on this hybrid, there is a coolant line that runs to a heat exchanger on the exhaust system (below the front seat passenger). This helps warm up the engine faster to get more efficiency from the hybrid setup. Make sure this area of the exhaust looks in good shape, no impact damage or serious rust. Very expensive to replace this unit.
* The '10 RXh in Canada had a recall on the oil cooler line, replaced rubber for metal line. The rubber lines would sometimes burst. Make sure this is done. It also had the cut your gas pedal in half recall to try to prevent mat entrapment. Those are the only two recalls I remember off hand.
