The rear hatch will open by pushing the button on the dash, will open with the key fob, and if I push the button on the hatch I have to pull it up, it won't go up automaticly. Any one know how to get it back to just pushing the button and it open by itself?

 

Dealer can program the setting for you. Or you can get an ebay techstream software and cable and change the setting yourself. I set mine to do it and then switched it back. It is hard to get out of the habit of pulling up when you hit the button.
