Default New owner 2016 ES300h problem

Hi to all
We just pick up 2016 ES300h Lexus luxury package
Already love this car
But my nav/radio stop working
Just black screen
I know I can go to dealer and they will fix it but I thought maybe someone here had same issue and know what can be done?
I did disconnect - on the car battery for around 10min but that didnt fix it
Thank you

Check the fuse? I don't think nav/radio faults would appear on OBD diagnostics. You'll have to go to the dealer for this one, I'm running an aftermarket nav system and I've had no issues with it.

There is a setting to turn off the display completely which would be a black screen. Check to see if you accidentally turned the display off.

Press Menu button near the remote controller on the center console.
In the upper right side corner is a soft button "display", select it and then touch "screen off".
Nice way to darken the screen when passenger is napping... Nav will continue to announce
turn by turn if you have a Point B engaged, Radio and HVAC will briefly display if changed.
To return to full bright screen simply press any Hard Key - Radio/Media/Home/Menu or
left steering wheel button "off hook" to display Radio/Map/phone info.

If you are not getting any screen when pressing those buttons, try pressing the Radio On/Off/Volume
in and hold it down for 5-10 seconds until the whole system reboots. This is possible even when driving.
