Toyota Crown Battery

I am searching for a 12V battery that has both the temperature sensor and vent hose for a 2011 toyota Crown Hybrid. I also notice that the battery pack signal rise and falls occasionally, the circulating arrows are not displayed when looking at the hybrid system overall.
Can anyone provide me with some directions on how to resolve this issue?

The GS450h version we have here in the USA uses the

Panasonic AGM battery BATTERY; S65D26L

Lexus Part Number: 2880031410

It is available here in States from Lexus dealer for about $355
