Default 2010 RX 450h awd

after looking for a long time for my wife we finally decided on a 2010 RX 450h.
It has 67000 miles on it.
Car seemed well maintained not perfect but decent for a 2010.
We got what I think was a decent deal.
Anything i should know about the car? Should I worry about the hybrid battery? Any recalls or major things I should worry about.
We needed the SUV space but thought maybe we could save some gas for our work commute however I was not sure if that hybrid battery will last at least another 4 years?

Get the service history by visiting Lexus dealership and discuss what services may be needed now and ask them about recalls.

A battery costs about what a transmission does in "normal" cars - and has about the same resistance to failure.

Enjoy your new car. I find mine to be pleasingly entertaining and extraordinarily satisfying.

The rubber oil cooler line was recalled and replaced with a steel line in Canada, but not in the US (I think there the TSB directed it to be replaced only if found to be leaking). There's been a handful of stories of the rubber version leaking and/or failing outright. Might be worth checking into. If the car still has the original rear shocks, they should be checked, were prone to leaking. Some other minor complaints were not uncommon, squeeky rear suspension due to rear trailing arms.

Core reliability though is generally very good, I haven't heard anything systemic in this area. Mine is just about to cross the 100,000 mile threshold.
