Default Need to adjust up led headlight on current RX450H

How do I adjust up the headlight unit on the current model. The dealer says he's put a request into Japan and still has not had a reply, I'm only wanting to adjust the low beam as the high beam is acceptable but not as good as the model before which had Xenons, to give you an example, I have to slow to doing 85kms per hour in 100km an hour roads to feel safe. In the meantime, my family & I don't want to drive the car at night in non lit up areas which, unfortunately we have to due to where we live, we have another vehicle so we can use that but prefer to use the RX as pre planning is not a good option. This is by 3rd RX as I've had the 2004 & 2010 models which were excellent for vision at night on non street light roads. Very disappointed of course with the LED headlights so far and really annoyed the dealership can't adjust them for me.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

You could tweak suspension height sensors on the front and back side. That will adjust leveling ECU's reference points.
