Miles on your RX400h?

wow! That’s great to hear. I hope to add that many miles to mine now. Have you had any issues with the battery? I hear great things about the RX400h battery.

So far, no no issues with battery. I just obtained a program to supposedly check battery condition, but have not performed check. It is done thru the OBII connection and thru app on my phone.

let me know when you figure it out. I bought the Bluetooth adapter and the app, but I haven’t dug into how to check the battery fully.

Hi, guys.
I know I'm in the wrong section, I have a 2010 RX450h, so it's 3rd generation, but have to say I'm amazed by all the stories here of cars exceeding the 200K mile mark. Of course, reliability was probably the #1 reason I bought this 2010 RX back in 2016. It currently has about 90K miles, but based on what I'm reading, it's just breaking in.
Best regards.

2006 Highlander Hybrid 210,000 miles. Original battery. After replacing rear brake pads, brake actuator failed. Not sure if I initiated the failure by pushing back the caliper pistons. I replaced the pads following the same procedure on my 2012 HS250H with no problems. Oh, well.....too bad I'm past the warranty period. Any links on these forums to a DYI acutuator replacement?? I have installed Techstream on an old Windows XP laptop I had lying around but have yet to connect it to my Highlander. I will get to that ASAP.......

2007 RX400h bought in September with 113k for $10,000 from Concord CA Audi dealership To replace my beloved 2009 IS350, wrecked by a texting moron! Had a Lexus battery pack relplaced under State Farm insurance (sunroof drain blocked, flooded battery pack) for $7,789.00 at 110k. Had battery, brakes, radiator with both coolants replaced, and brand new tires at 111k. Came with everything but the rear entertainment system. Love the tow hitch and tow package. We got a lot for our money.
Just had timing belt, water pump, idler, etc. done for $1000 as I couldn't find any info that it had been replaced. Good thing too as the chain looked bad @116k and the water pump was leaking. Averaging @22 mpg and we love the ride.

2006 with 205k. Recently replaced spark plugs, coils, PCV and valve cover gasket. Replaced both pre-cat AF sensors as preventative maintenance. Timing belt was done at same time. Drain and fill transmission. Hybrid system is still original. Was told by Toyota Master tech to drive this car daily in order to maintain the hybrid battery. We had RX330 in comparison the RX400h has been much more reliable. Scotty was right, buy a Toyota made in Japan instead of the ones made in North America.

I need to do my timing belt / full tuneup in the next year or so.

Been going to the same mechanic for the past ten years. He charges $50 an hour and with parts provided by me. Most of all the things replaced were overlapping labor. thus, 8 hrs was the total. Also, clean the fans by the hybrid battery as well. Good luck!
