Our 2006 RX400h has 144,000. Well maintained. No issues.

2008 RX400h with 162k miles. I have put 80k on it since 2010....Love this car, need to do shocks and control arms, but other than that a great ride.

2006 Rx400h with 175000km about 110k miles.
Faced issues leaking radiator, worn left rear wheel bearing, and also very sensitive for pulling either left or right on some roads

My wife's at 144K (bought it with 83K back in 2011). We also had a radiator issue ($200 to replace) and I haven't noticed any issues with the shocks, control arms, or bushings. I'm one who delays repairs until it really needs to be replaced but I'm a procrastinator.

I was driving a river road last week, and wife said get me there on time...The car scared me taking the curves, was really not hanging into the road...I know my control arms bushings are cracked, and the shocks mounts on back make noise. So I think its time for new everything. Hey cheaper than car payments... And Yes I bought mine at 87k miles in march of 2010.

2006 AWD. Currently a smidgen under 200,000 miles. Just replaced the radiator and has had the dreaded inverter coolant leak for about 20,000 miles. Haven't had to add coolant yet and dealer service rep always says, "We'll just keep an eye on it." Time to dump it, I think.
