Hybrid Battery Display
Just wondered what is the norm with Hybrid Batttery display on the energy Monitor mine occasionally shows green but have not seen it very often.Mainly see blue bars and occasionally red but must say it charged pretty quick. Longest run on battery only has been around 2.5 miles .
Interested to hear if this the same as others or unusual.

Thanks for reply understand depends on driving conditions but just wondered if rarely seeing green is a problem. Must say going Hybrid puts a whole new slant on the driving tecnique. My wife drove the car the other day and whilst she dis not drive it any quicker think she used at least twice as much fuel.

Also on my 2008, I rarely see the green bars.
Particularly the second (and last) one, I only saw it in a few occasions,,whenever driving downhill for some time continuously.
In normal roads or highway, I can't remember to have ever seen the green bars.

Very rarely do we see the top two bars light up, have never seen the very top bar lit. Sometimes the bottom two, actually the second from the bottom will be lit for a short time. I've only gone max 1.5 miles on battery, I purposely tried to go as far as it would let me. The bars light up and go up and down so far all is well like that when I drive.
