After a week dealing with private onwer, she finally call me and agree for 23k, it is 2008 rx400h full load with ML, car had 43k miles still under factory warranty until 3/30/2013, what you think about the price? and what should I check when I got this car home.

Sounds like a good deal. Make sure to check the vehicle history report with Carfax or Autocheck prior to buying.

 

Make sure she holds the title for the car. You don't want to buy a car with a lien on it, or one that's been stolen. You will want to bring it to a trusted mechanic to make sure it hasn't been flooded, severely accidented, etc. In Canada, C A A (aka AAA in the US) has car inspection centers where you get a thorough run-through of a car's major systems. The price sounds very good. I paid 25.5k last week for mine with a premium package. Good luck!

The car never left California and we are in San diego, she got clear title in her hand and I went to the dealership that she brought her car there for service I got everything clear, and she got new battery about 4 months ago and new set of tires about 6 month ago. I am so happy right now
