I went though the same thing. There isn't much difference from my research. The emblems have blue trim, the head/tail lights have a blue "hue" to them. The side sill panels have a blue lighted "Lexus" logo. But AFAIK, mechanics and options are about indentical.

But I actually really like the lighted blue lexus logos when I open the doors. haha.

The only other difference is depending on when it's made, you'll have about 1 year more warranty left.

If price is a concern, finding a low miler 2007 would save you about 1-3 grand over the same low miler 2008.

 

I think they went to chrome door handles on the '08. I also seem to recall the NAV screen/res was improved.

Didn't 08 add the aux port too? As stated mostly cosmetic....blue headlights, chrome handles. 07+ got updated NAV, 06 has the older gen 4 NAV...

 

finally picked up a CPO 07 RX350 AWD for wifey.....

You mean an USB port to hook iPods/MP3 players? Don't I wish. I noted on the dash that that the 08 is mp3 capable. But that only means it can play mp3 formatted CDs.

When we sat in a new 2010 RX350/450h, it had an USB port in the console area.
