I think this would help a lot of members trying to figure out the differences among the 3. Please post and we will consolidate in one post and maybe sticky.

For instance 06 has Gen 4 NAV, 07+ has Gen 5 NAV. (we can even add color changes)

No 'traction control off' on the 2006.
No 'hybrid' emblem or blue colouring on the Lexus emblem.
I 'think' the door sill plates light up in blue other years - 2006 they light up in amber.

 

IIRC, 2006 does not have "true" tire pressure monitoring system (with tire pressure sensors in each wheel).

2007-2008 the rear "RX400h" has blue accent. 2008, the rear center "L" has the whole circle filled in blue.
