Default 06 RX400h - Bluetooth incoming call doesn't ring

Is anyone else having this problem? When I get an incoming call, my cell phone will ring (or vibrate depending on it's setting) but my bluetooth system in the RX just displays the incoming call screen. It doesn't "ring".

Is this normal? Is there some setting that I'm missing to enable an incoming call ring?

Your setup is functioning the same way as mine as I took a call the other day my phone vibrated glanced at the screen and pushed the button on the steering wheel. Sometimes I hear like a feedback tone in the speaker briefly when the phone rings.

Check the car's settings for the phone, handsfree, advanced hf, etc.
My phone stopped working properly and when I re-paired it I found I had the wrong profile in the car's settings.

Default Thanks I'll do that but...

I think on the 06's at least, there's no advanced setting nor anything special to pair up a phone. Just a pairing option and that's it. No individual settings.

I believe if you check there are multiple profiles available, at least on my 06!

Default Nope...no options

Just went through every menu in the phone section and there's definitely no options for phone setup. Is there any possibility that I'm on an older version
of the phone software?

Methinks I need to take it to the dealer and see if there's something amiss here.

Go to www.lexus.letstalk.com and input your model year and model, click on use/pair existing phone, then on the next page, find your phone on the list, (you can input your phone manufacturer and carrier to narrow down the list) and then select your phone and see the compatable features of your phone. Some phones will only ring on your phone, and not through the vehicle, that is normal, it depends on your phone and the phone's software setup.

Default That's it! Thank you

I found that my Verizon LG EnV2 isn't 100% compatible with the RX's audio
system. Most of the major features work but unfortunately there's a "No"
for incoming calls ringing on the RX's audio system.

However, the GOOD news is that I'm glad to see that there's nothing wrong with my system! Thank you very much for pointing me to that site. I will most definitely bookmark it for future use. Very helpful should I go shopping for a new phone.
