In Mexico City and with a 7,411 foot altitude, the record was 17.931 (and that was done on somewhat of a weather anomaly night where I think the oxygen content was way high in the air), but this run of 17.939 fits the bill, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKjREZMauNA
The RX300 is not a high altitude vehicle, but some vehicles like the Toyota 4Runner and even the Jeep Liberty, don't lose as much pep at altitude, generally the higher liter vehicles perform a bit better.
