Hybrid Synergi Drive emblem

Hybrid Synergi Drive emblem
3 weeks ago while enjoying our RX400h saw another RX400h with Hybrid Synergi Drive emblem above the Lexus emblem on the rear. I checked mine 
and didn't have one. Does anyone know what type of RX400h with that HSD emblem?

i saw one too in Los Angeles...but I think maybe they just bought the emblem and stuck it on...just so people will know that it is a hybrid...lol...reminds me of the Smug factor of people that drive Hybrids...was shown on an episode of South Park...

If it was in VA. They probably put the emblem on so they wouldn't get questioned for using the HOV lanes.
I was stopped by a state trooper using the HOV and she wouldn't believe me about driving a Hybrid. I pointed to the "h" in RX400h and the state trooper told me I should have a Hybrid logo on the back.
