Default Abs pump problems?

Hello Everyone,
I am having this issue with my 2007 RX400h. It started a couple of weeks ago with check VSC the one day while I was driving at 40 MPH the ABS, Brake and all other lights in the dash cluster came on. The vehicle drove normally with no issues in braking. I called someone specialised in hybrids to have it checked. After checking he said its the ABS actuator module and right after I came from the shop the brakes were extremely hard to operate required crazy amount of force and there was continuously beep sound while driving.
To mention it was very cold these nights and after 2-3 nights the lights went away suddenly.Drived in one day 900km and the lights came back again while cruising in the city. This time the brakes were working normally
The problem is that the abs actuator pump is quiet expensive, around 600-700 euros for a second hand part. What you think is the problem?I got c1391 and some other codes i dont remember. The 12v battery is a bosch i bought 2 years ago...
I could send it to a guy that repairs abs pumps but i dont know how much i can trust him...

I have had my 2006 RX400h for 4 years. When the 12 volt battery goes bad it has similar symptoms. It wouldn’t be too expensive to try replacing the battery first and see if the problem goes away.

the abs actuator issue is very common on toyota hybrids, if you hear a buzzing sound that takes a long time and happening frequently then it means it needs replacement. I have that issue with my camry hybrid and I just replaced it with a used one. Same issue with Prius. I believe it's not fixable since the leak is internal, the whole unit is replaced.
