NX 300H 12v battery voltage.

NX 300H 12v battery voltage.
My NX 300H alarm started sounding at odd times especially in the middle of the night!
You will find the battery in the rear floor but it has an extended connection under the red cover in the engine bay fuse box where you can read or hook up too if required.
For those for don't know the 12v battery only supplies power to the 12v accessories, ie. lights, wipers, rear hatch, alarm, fans etc.
The engine is started from the hybrid battery.
I checked the 12v accessory battery voltage in the morning and it was 11.6v. I purchased my 300H from a dealer 2nd hand about 6 weeks ago.
They only offered to pay 50% of a new battery which I accepted as it was cheaper than buying a new one on my own.
My question now is this. After the car is stopped and turned off the battery only reads 12.4v after 1hour. It reduces to 12.3 after a few more hours. All turned off.
I believe a new battery should have a higher voltage after a few hours. I would expect 12.5 / 12.4.
Can anyone else check what voltage they have and approx how old is their battery please?
