Fluid change intervals

Hey, recently bought an '08 GS450h, it's due oil change soon. Since I don't want to **** anything up regarding postponing fluid changes, I'd like to know how often should I change them.
Previous owner told me to change the oil every 10k km/1 year. What about transmission fluid? Coolant? Brakes? Does the rear diff fluid need replacement at all? What about fuel filter? Air filter? Cab air filter?
