Hi there! I own the 2024 RX 450h+ plug in. Via the app there is a "Charge Info" page which shows the charge status of the car. This works fine. However, there is link entitled "History - view your vehicle's record." This has never shown my history. Instead, it constantly shows the message "No charge history yet." Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks for posting this. I got my RX450h+ 5 months ago and still no history or statistics in the app. I thought it was just me. I have only seen one screen shot from the NX forum that had history information in the app. No Google image searches for the app have resulted in screenshots with history data. I think the RZ does get this, but I was hoping that the app would be updated to capture this.

I have the same problem and I haven't found anyone claim that the RX450h+ has this app feature implemented. It’s just a placeholder perhaps for later implementation ?

i also don't have the scheduled charging in the app implemented. Even when I set scheduling in-car, it doesn't sync with the app.

 

I have noticed that when I select Charge Now from the car, no schedule is shown on the app. After the next drive it shows again. But I have also seen it disappear for no reason. I will keep checking to see if there is another pattern.

 

Has anyone had success in correcting this by contacting Lexus?

 

My 24 RX 450H+ has the same issue. However, my wife’s 24 NX 450H+ displays all the information on the app.

 

Why can I not find the charging history for our RX 450h + plugin. How many kw did we charge last month? Frustrating

 

I just bought my RX450h+ last week. I've charged it daily and completely, but no history shows. So this is still a mystery.

 

Same here - no history showing for me either. I will try to swing into the dealership and ask them when I get the chance.

 

Lexus hasn't completed the RX App to enable this charging and related data. There isn't much the dealership can do. One can complain to Lexus corporate for App to actually have all of this data.

For the NX App, all of this data is present and available.

I was hoping to use the history to calculate the cost of kWh consumed so I really know what the costs of gas + kWh is so I know what my savings really is.

 

Yes, for the gas - I don't know of any method to actually log/calculate the mpg and use either (through the App or the Car) - other than actually manually logging in gas pumped in, separately logging the miles driven with gas and then calculating manually. If you find a way to do this, let us know. The App is really not really useful other than getting the charging state of the Traction battery, and alerts for open windows/doors - as far as I can tell.

 

My advice for those with comments or complaints about the app, go to the app store and leave a review/comment. You can also report a problem under the Information section which goes to the developers.

I don't think Lexus Corporate, Lexus Toyota Motor Sales USA, or your dealer will/can do anything.
