Default RX500 Battery Voltage remarkably low

The (12v) battery on my new RX500 is testing at 11.5 volts, which is remarkably low. Yet I have no warning lights or other indications of pending doom. The problem I have is that my dashcam shuts off at 11.8 volts, so the "parking mode" is totally worthless since it shuts off the second the car is turned off. Anyone else experienced low voltage? I'm wondering if I just have a defective battery or if this is expected behavior from a hybrid.

I have not checked the voltage on my 350h but the dash cam parking function has been working with out a hitch.

When the engine is running, do you see 13+ V at the battery? In other words, is it being charged? Or can you even measure that, is the gas engine shutting down as soon as you stop the car (on the regular 350 you can disable start/stop)?

Lexus is keeping it overnight, will update with what they find, if anything.

I would have just load-tested the battery. A defective OOB battery is not common.

I did load test it, it was fine. Lexus did as well and it passed. They couldn't identify any issues with the battery. Very strange though...it goes from 14v when the car is on to 11.6v as soon as it's turned off. Battery measured at 681cca. So ... who knows!
