I have a Check Hybrid System with P0A94 and P0A7A codes along with C1259 code in HS250H( 140k on it) . I had a transaxle recall on the car which I opted not to use as my nearest Lexus Dealer is more than 100 miles away. I looked up online and saw found it might be either transaxle problem or inverter problem. I don't know if these codes are associated with recall. I don't want to tow my car 100 miles by paying a lot of money if the problem is inverter.

 

Do you have a Toyota dealer nearby? It's the same drivetrain as the Camry Hybrid so they should be able to diagnose it.

 

Call the Lexus dealer and ask them to tow it in for the recall because with the codes you are afraid to drive it that far. If they won't agree to towing call Lexus Corporate and ask them for help.

Welcome to CL. Considering the thread originator has only made one post and that was to start this thread back in January, it is not likely he will respond as he has never returned to this forum.

This HS250h forum gets little traffic as they only sold about 12,000 of them over 3 years.
