Not down shift
I was stuck on the beach last week and got the car towed out, and it was on neutral when it got towed, the car drives fine no problem, no check engine code, the only thing i have was TPMS light is on ( been there last 6 months, looks like battery cause my tire pressure is fine. Anyway now the car does not downshift when u go down the hill ( felt like in Neitral ), any ideas ? Any help and suggestion will do, thank you

The HS250h has a single speed transmission assisted by the electric motor. It does not downshift. I suggest you have a hybrid specialist shop check it out.
