Default air conditioning condenser leaked over to Electronics

I have 2011 with 72K millage. Every year I seem to end up with huge bill - not very satisfied with Lexus quality you hear about (my first Lexus) i feel like I been brain washed with Lexus quality you always see it listed on top, maybe Lexus pays off these magazine to list it on top. clearly from my experience its not the case when it comes it quality so far.

- as soon as i reached 60K my Brake Caliper froze and that was 800$ bill that did some damage to pads and rosters. Recent one hurts the most - I got the Hybrid system check light on. I was hoping since Hybrid is under warranty is 8 yrs or 100K that would cover me. after 3 hours of labor the dealer charged me came back with conclusion that it was air conditioning condenser water leaked over to ECM and they have to replace that - they also claim that now they will re-rout the water so its not hitting the electronics - i feel like this is a defect design - I am not sure why I should pay 800 bucs. also the front bulb is out I am not sure if this is related...

thats my story I just wanted VENT I guess.

for the record my old Acura TSX with 160k, ownership of 7 years and all I need to replace was a Belt. 300$ cost

Sounds like bad luck. Thanks to your warning, i will make sure to clean out my A/C drain very soon. The headlight is probably not related, just a coincidence. The brake issue happened to me too at 60,000. However it was the caliper slide pin that froze. It sounds like yours may have been the caliper piston itself. When that happens at that many miles any mechanic will want to replace the pads and rotors on both sides in addition to the caliper. Plus they may want to (and should) flush the brake fluid which is about $125

to be exact - The dealer said my caliper seize and they un-seized it for 149 and it needed pads @ $599.
