Default Help: Headlamp system check

Today whilst driving, the orange triangle started blinking and the error message "headlamp system check" came up. Any ideas what this could mean and how to resolve this?
Much appreciated.

Check for burned out bulbs and look in your owners manual for more data.

just FYI, i recently received a letter from Lexus, related to short life on head lamp. i had a burned headlamp just couple weeks ago (only 72K millage), had to be replace. dealer changed me 50 bucks hopefully they will reimbursed me for it - according to the letter they will add some sort of voltage harness on both side if you take ti the dealer.

That warning is only related to the factory LED headlamps, which you must have. That option is rare on state side cars. I'd be interested in what you found.
