Here's a picture of the underside of the cover.
Do you mean the little round, black grommet things that push on to the posts mounted on the engine? Because if you do, I think they are part of the cover itself.
I can find the part number for the cover, and the little posts on the engine, but not the grommets.

Thanks. I wasn't clearly in my original post, I actually was trying to find the part number for the engine splash shield clip. I think I've found
