CPO wrap extended care advice
Just got a 2010 HS 250h with 22K miles with CPO - so one year factory warranty overlaps with the 3 year CPO (effectively a 2 year plan)
Dealer is offering a CPO wrap -- 5 yr/100K for ~$1600 and 6 yr/100K for ~$2000. Having already paid the CPO premium, this works out to $1600 for 2 years and $2000 for 3 years.
I am not sure if I should negotiate this price since I have no leverage. I am told that I have to buy the CPO extended care wrap from the same dealer I purchased the car. I have only 2 days left in the 7-day grace period.
Is this a fair price?

Lexus Platinum Extended Warranty
Suggest you call or email Troy Dietrich at Greenfield Toyota in MA. He can explain the differences in what your dealer is telling you versus the Lexus Platinum zero deductible extended warranty. I just bought my extended warranty from him for my LS460-L and he had the best price I could find and did it all quickly. Do NOT think you can only buy from your selling dealer, almost anyone can sell an aftermarket warranty. However, if it is a certified extended warranty from Lexus that may be a different story. Check with other Lexus dealers and search this forum.
