The outer light on my brand new headlight inst working , what could case this? The car was hit while parked and the auto body repair shop fixed it but my radio, Aux, CD buttons dont work, and now this outer headlight doesnt work, is that a fuse for the outer light bulb that can fix it or do I need a new headlight? or did they mess up the wiring in the car?

 

Obviously the body shop did not fix everything correctly and was very sloppy with their repairs.

As I said before, this is a problem caused by the body shop that did your repairs. They have responsibility to make everything work the way it did before the accident. There is no way to predict over the internet what your issue is since it is related to accident damage and repair.

 

I took it to the dealer and they said they needed more time... They said they think its some kind of spring something behind the steering wheel but arent sure, I will bring it back on thurday night and hopefully by saturday they can tell me what is wrong. I wonder how many things can it be if it was hit by the tire

 

I doubt the clockspring in the steering wheel was affected by an impact to your tire or how that affects the headlight, but who knows. Can you post photos of the damage before it was repaired?
Did the dealer body shop perform the accident repairs?

the mouse pad and the mode button on the steering wheel dont work so its something with that whole system

 

They have to repair everything back to where it was before the accident. That is how insurance works. Complain to the manager if necessary. Complain to the insurance company. If they broke other stuff doing repairs, they have to repair that stuff too.
