My car is over 4 years old and my right headlight is not working. Its a new bulb and wanted to see what part it may be that is causing the light to not work? Does anyone know where I can buy a new ballast or where I can find a part number for what I need?

I have a pair of used ones that you can test out the bulb with. Where are you located? I'm in OC
