I’ve not had that issue specific to our GX, but have seen it before on my others. When does the issue occur?

My LC has exhibited what looks like a reboot when the phone is connected with navigation/music and the cell signal is lost.

You could try this;

Things to try:
1. Hard reboot...hold down the radio power **** (the one on the left) until the system reboots, probably about 20 seconds or less
2. Disconnect the battery for at least 30 minutes and reconnect

Center one is correct, the posted procedure was pulled from another source.

To reboot the navigation/infotainment system on a Lexus GX 550 (2024+), you can perform a soft reset by
holding down the power/volume **** (the main physical **** on the center console) for approximately 10 seconds until the screen turns off and the Lexus logo reappears

Please see your dealer and tell them your issue. It needs a software update. It should be covered under warranty. Lexus Service bulletin L-SB-0047-25.

My 2024 ES300h was doing the same thing and was just updated today.

If you search YouTube you find a video that details the repair.
