I added these yesterday to both power 3rd rows and are plug and play as far as the seat goes. Power feed of 20-30 amps for each seat and then terminate at whatever switch or panel you desire. The inverter side I am going to just put in a standard 12V outlet so I ran the wire but left it unterminated but protected behind the 120V inverter panel. The driver side I used the jack door to mount the panel. It is thoroughly protected with heat shrink. This is circuit is not keyed so just like the powered 3rd row is on all the time unless you switch panel off.
I may do something with a larger inverter later on but right now I just need outlets for my two 12V refrig/freezers.
I had to remove the 3rd row warning sticker and the small piece of sound deadening that is on the back of the jack panel. I used thorough amounts of wire loom on the run too.
There is also a model if one has taken out 3rd row and just wants to just tap the power. This is the guy who makes them.
Hooking up some auxilary LED lights and need a 12v source. Tops 1A of current. I was trying to tie into the rear reading lights but they wires for them are essentially "ribbon cables" like on a hard drive. I would have to pull the head liner to get to the source.?
If you have power folding third row seats, either switched (IG) or non switched powers can be tapped from third row seat connector. There is another discussion in general. If not, you could get it from inverter power source. But would involving more works.
Can we tap into the AC outlet and put a cigarette lighter adapter? I don’t use it and am trying to avoid running wires from the battery to the back. I only need a 10 amp cigarette charger in rear to run on ACC ignition. Also is this the 15a p/outlet fuse under dash?
basically I am trying to plug in a jackery 300 using their car charger. Their specs say 6.6a needed to charge. I’ve already tested it plugging into the cigarette lighter upfront.
then I will plug my fridge in to the jackery. That way when I turn the vehicle off my fridge still runs off of the power station.
I run my 500w Bluetti power generator off the rear AC plug and use that to power my fridge and accessories. The generator pulls 80-90W at most so runs fine off the 100w AC outlet we have. It only charges when the vehicle is running, so no risk of running down the car battery.

I plugged the jackery in to the outlet hoping this would work. it would save me lots of time. the power plug turns blue and the input charging shows 44w with vehicle in acc mode, 77w when vehicle is on. but its not consistent. it shows the input charging for a split second then down to 0w. like its not getting consistent power.
I don't see why not but that 120V outlet is a harness away from the inverter module so getting at that connector to tap it might be some work. I can't remember here or elsewhere but someone was inquiring about tapping some power off the trailer brake circuit as well.
