This is an awesome list, great job. I think for 2017 the captains chairs were standard for the luxury pkg not optional. In 2018 they changed back to be bench standard for the lux pkg.

Just using data from brochures and I have seen a few of these examples online this is how the '10-'13 models were packaged with '14+ Driver Support Package options. The Intuitive Park Assist option in 2011 package group might be an error in brochure.
EDIT: These packages were only installed on Premium models. No base models were equipped. EDIT2: 10-11 appears to have options on very rare base equipped modes for the first two option packages. / Graphic updated (8.10.2019)
