Default Traction/Stability control problem

Was driving in sand in 4H and switched my traction and stability control off, by 3 second push, both lights illuminated. I later drove some in 4L and both lights remained on. After switching back to 4H the stability control light went out, while traction remained on. I then tried to turn everything back on, but switch does not respond. I then went back into 4L and both lights came back on. I turned engine off and on with no correction. I then disconnected battery for ten minutes and again no correction. Any ideas anyone please

You will probably need to pull codes.

The wheels on the display should come back after 300 feet or so driving straight over 25MPH

The wheels on the display have never come back on since the TC/SC lights came on. Car has been driven 20 miles or so since.

Did you just pull codes with a standard OBD reader?

ABS level codes require Techsteam, multi-hundred dollar readers or something like OBD Link/Fusion to pull codes

After some research it appears that this might be a zero point calibration issue? any opinions.

That usually doesn't undo itself just driving around though. No harm in trying to reset and set it. Process is documented here or resources in crawl control retrofit thread. Disconnecting battery always resets that wheel direction indicator but doesn't reset ZPC either.

https://lexusgxor.com/_media/general...caibration.pdf

You can only do paper clip reset in 10-19 models and note orientation of OBD port is 180 degrees from picture in PDF above

If that doesn't reset you will need to use one of the other tools I mentioned to pull codes. The need for a ZPC shows up as DTC C120A so if your reader isn't displaying that it isn't capable of extended code reading.

Is your vehicle lifted? Model year? How long have you had it?

If that ZPC doesn't work then your probably gonna have to spring for a different test tool
