If insurance does total it, keep an eye on their valuation of the car. Some options are added by manufacturer after VIN is assigned, not to mention any items you’ve added.
I had to fight for options that were missed when my Sequoia was totaled. Ins Co. only used VIN to value it and missed a handful of options.
Wow, that sucks. Deer are a mess. 22k seems like a lot but my wife got sideswiped a year or so ago, very minor but down the whole side of her silver one. Took 4 months to get it in the shop but I’m very finicky with body shops. It came out perfect. That was $8,900.

They're going to fix it! $22,750CAN initial damage estimate, there was no discussion of writing it off...I take that to mean used GX prices continue to hold strong considering they wanted to total loss it 2 years ago for a claim worth $17K!
