Any suggestions on where to get anti-rust coating? I bought the car from OH. There is same surface rust. It was service at Lexus Dealer all it life.

 

I don't know where you could get it done but if you want to do it yourself you can get a can of Fluid Film from any parts store or Home Depot.

 

If it already has rust and you're ok with doing it yourself, POR15 the exterior first... then use fluid film or similar product on everything, including inside the frame rails... there is also a rust thread linked inside the maintenance mods sticky you can read with more opinions in it or ask specific questions on the topic.
