Default 5K service

So my f sport is about to hit the 5k milestone, just wondering do I need to take it to the dealer where I purchased the car from or is it any lexus dealers?
I'm not sure if this complimentary service from the dealer or lexus.

I could be wrong but I was thinking that the first two services were complimentary. 5k and 10k.

Yep, this is accurate - 5K or 6 months and 10K or 12 months are complimentary

But is the 5K service worth the time?

I see no replacement parts or fluids..

Correct . . .. just a fluid check. Probably not necessary if you do your own tire rotations and don't need any updates to your personalized settings that you can't do yourself.
