Winter is coming and I would like to get a car cover for my GX, however I don't know much about it. I was looking at the one at sewell.com for $267.00 and the weathershield HP made by covercraft for $378.00 at autoanything.com. Do you have other brands in mind or any other products better than these?

I've heard good things about the Weathershield HP and HD. The HD holds up a little better to the sun (UV) and has a better warranty (5 years).

Thanks for your input, I think I will buy the Weathershield HD it may be a little heavier than the HP but it will protect better.

Default Truck vehicle cover

Looking into purchasing a truck cover for my GX and was looking to see if anyone has any pics of their fitted or non fitted cover. My suv's spend alot of time parked so looking to preserve that car wash a little longer.

I have a custom fit cover. Will look at the material in the morning.

What are your intentions for the cover use?

Thank you - I only use the GX on the weekend so planning put cover during weekdays. BTW, what are your thoughts on the Car Umbrella I believe made by Lanmodo.

Is the OP looking for an outside or inside (garage) cover? There can be a big difference both in function and price. For what it's worth, I use a Indoor Satin Stretch Cover King on my garage kept sports car. They are custom made and therefore take a few weeks before being delivered but the fit, finish and functionality is very good.

Thank you for the suggestion. I’m looking for an outdoor cover so might try to go to Cover King site to check the covers.

I have a Custom Fit Covercraft NOAH cover. I don't store outside, but chose this from previous covers years ago for their durability and "ding" protection.

Default Car cover needed

I need to store my 2016 GX outside in the PNW under nasty sappy trees. Can anyone recommend a car cover? I searched on line but that just got my head spinning.

Default GX Car Cover - Recommendations?

Good afternoon all,

I recently purchased a 2010 GX460 Premium. This will be a secondary car for long hauls/road trips, so it will spend most time sitting.

I researched car covers and came across the Lexus OEM version. It appears to fit a number of different Lexus models and I worry it wont be a a tailored fit to the GX.

Does anyone have experience with the OEM cover? I am open to other options and manufactures- mainly looking for a tailored fit and long term strength of the materials. I purchased a cheap ebay one for my GS and learned from that mistake.

Thanks in advance and I look forward to being more active in the GX460 threads!

I use a cover from this company for my 560SL and it is high quality and perfect fit, but I have no cover for our GX
