Backseat mirror replacement

My new '20 GX has a convex mirror that retracts from the overhead console to be able to view the passengers in the rear seat and since my kids are teenagers I really don't have much use for this "feature". Does anyone have an idea on how to convert this mirror compartment into a sunglasses holder or something more useful?

If you continue to swing the mirror down, behind it's a sunglasses holder.

Thanks guys, I would have never pulled down on that hard enough to lower it....

lol - took my wife 6 months to realize it pulled down into a sunglass holder. One day we were driving together and I grabbed my glasses out of it and her jaw about hit the floor.
