Are we talking the radio dial? Lexus did make that smaller in I think 2013? I have the larger dial and I can reach for something in the glove box and bump it.

It is not the radio dial. And I don’t see any **** or button under the dash on passenger side of the front seat.

Correction, it is indeed the large radio button at the bottom right of the radio console (Tuner button). If you press this while driving it will give you 3 soft beeps-for some reason. My front passenger is a fairly large guy, and I think he was hitting it with his knee while we were driving. Explains everything and thank you for the replies.

The only reason I thought that was the issue was it also drove us nuts for a week or so before we figured it out.
