Default Rear suspension issue

I am having and issue with the rear suspension. I have the rear air suspension. I replaced the shocks and had the entire air suspension ran diagnostics and was told by lexus that everything is working perfectly. Still having the bottoming out issues. I bought the vehicle with 65K miles on it and I know the previous owner towed with it. Is it possible the air bags are worn but not leaking, they hold the ride height but when going over a bump they dont have the resistance needed? I replaced the shocks with KYB's from china and lexus says the only thing they recommend is to replace with factor shocks and see if that fixes it. thoughts?

You could also look into installing a better bumpstop too. It helps with bottom out

Edit: bbqsoup beat me to it.

You might want to look into putting some Timbren's in the rear. I really like the feel they give to mine. I even run them in the front. I have AVS/RAHC on my '12 as well. Timbrens can coexist with the system. Another nice advantage is if I do lose a bag system won't be riding on the stock bump stops (which aren't much) but a significant component such as the Timbren.
