Default Headlight question

I have a '13 GX base. When turning, I notice only the driver side headlight swivel side to side. The passenger side does not swivel. Could someone verify if both or one side is supposed to swivel? TIA

Hmm I’m not seeing blinking AFS light so that means no fault. I’ll double check swivel function again tomorrow morning when I head out to work. Thanks Acrad

Parking garages are a good way to test, that's when I always notice it. I always get a kick when they sweep back to center.

they are both supposed to move. this doesnt mean they both move all the time or the same amount. when you go left, the passenger will go left while the driver wont be able to go left like that. then same thing - but opposite directions/sides - for right turns.

I tried this out in a parking garage and it was apparent that both sides do swivel, independently as John mentioned. Thanks for the feedback guys!

Driver's side moves when you turn left and passenger side moves when you turn right...

What year GX do you have? AFS is only on 10-13 models. '14+ do self-level though

It's a 2016. Does it auto level while driving or anything like that? Or is this just on start up?

It should auto-level while driving as well.

I was thinking of my other two vehicles with AFS. Correct... 460 doesn't have a button to deactivate/activate AFS. It is on the dash menu area where 2nd Gear Start, MTS, etc is located

@Acrad do you remember if the chart you posted was for 10-13 models or 14+? I swear I've never seen my '14 headlights move while turning, but they do the up/down dance on startup. I feel like I remember reading somewhere that AFS was downgraded to just a vertical adjustment for '14 models?
