MY11 Premium, 95k miles

I'm not sure if it's me, but I feel like the output of my low beams has degraded a lot over the years. I'm thinking of replacing the pair with part #:9098120024

Has anyone experienced this as well? Also, anyone with experience switching out the bulbs with that part or even aftermarket?

 

HIDs do degrade over time. That would be the correct OEM replacement bulb.

Don't they just use standard HID D2S bulbs? I have a few pairs from cars that I swapped bulbs out of. I swapped them out for 5k Morimoto bulbs because I wanted a whiter color than 4300k. But i left the bulbs in the car when I sold them.

the morimoto XB HIDs work really well
also had good luck with the DDM tuning ULTRA HIDs
