The GX molding around the Front Window must be replaced if ever the window is replaced. I found out from a window repair I had to make on mine a few years ago. It is the type of molding that breaks upon the removal of the window. Most window replacement will try and use the old molding but on this model it always causes noise as they do not go back into place and are very difficult to salvage. If you vehielces original window was ever replace this could be why you have increased wind noise.

 

I experienced this same issue during windshield replacement last year. I required safelite to use Lexus glass and it was noisy post work which I couldn't figure out.... Eventually I forced them to replace all the clips and molding... just kept going back and going on rides with them until they made it right.
