Nothing major, but I just noticed that in the 2020 the padding above the glove box is not the same color as the Ecru seats. Not sure if this holds for all seat colors.

Huh, looks like the 2010, like the 2020, also didn't have the body strips/cladding on the doors

2010-2011 base models didn’t have the side moldings but premium models did. In 2012 they added them as standard equipment through 2019. They are not present on 2020+ models.

Here is a picture of holes in door with molding removed.

•• 4 holes on the front doors and 3 on the rear

Which 460's have color-keyed bodyside moldings with chrome accents on the doors?
'10-'13 Premium
'12-'13 Base
'14-'19 Base/Premium/Luxury (All trims)

Had a 2014 Premium Tungsten Pearl GX460 (right) park next to my 2013 base GX460 (left)

Back bumper slight differences (lights, sensors, and cap for hitch (I think) on the '13. Also noticed that the bumper behind the back wheel arch is one piece in the '14, but there seems another piece on the '13 (see below).

The front grill, and headlights are of course different, but I also noticed that there are two small 'blades' on the side mirror assembly on the '14 that are not there on the '13. If you look closely at the side mirror on the GX on the left, you can see two small protrusions/blades at base of assembly - perhaps this reduces wind noise.

Obviously totally trivial, I shouldn't even bother posting - I should be working - and my wife thought I was nuts for taking pictures (she is probably right) - but I though I would share.

Is it worth noting that in 2019 the cell communications module was updated to support enform for 2022+?

There are rims associated with some trims but those can be swapped. These are less likely to be swapped.
