Also someone mentioned that GX causes motion sickness with some people due to its floaty-ness. I could see it being floaty in the mountains, but does move around a lot during normal city and highway driving?

My wife and kids almost never barf anymore... but when they do, the Ecru interior is pretty easy to clean. And the swinging rear gate makes it easy to hose out with the pressure washer....

No - I’m not aware of people getting sick in the GX from a “floaty” ride...
