As the 4 major North American auto shows begin to kick off in the US later this year, I'd like to see Lexus reserve a section on their show floor just for their customers. This 'Lexus Lounge' would be a place for owners of Lexus vehicles only -A place for them to grab a free cup of coffee, latte, espresso, tea, water, etc., as well as a place for them to recharge their phones, use the free wi-fi, and rest their feet from walking all day. To gain entry, all you'd have to do is show your key/remote. I recall seeing a few others have this for their owners last year. And the shocking part…even Lincoln had one. They were also nice enough to allow me to enter, and grab a free latte, even though I am not an owner. There's nothing snobbish about having a customer's only lounge, it shows appreciation and exclusiveness of the brand.

 

That would be very nice. I'll be going to the LA Auto show this November and would love to hang out at Lexus lounge...
