My nav has two homes?

My nav has two homes?

When I look at my map screen, I see two home icons right next to each other. I am guessing I accidentally set home twice? Can anyone tell how to remove one of them? I have a 2013 Premium.

First entry is a hard button and the rest are soft keys.

Setup
Navi.
Preset Destinations
Edit
Delete
