how do i cancel a POI from showing up. i accidently set it so restaurants show up and its annoying see them all the map.

Easy. Push voice command button (button on steering wheel) and say "POI off".

Hahaha yeah, both of those commands work. ^^^ That happens to me all the time. One time I said "radio off", and I got ATM symbols all over my nav screen instead.

EH? It shows? Can you choose specific icons to how? i.e. only gas stations?

Map > Map View > Display POI Icons > Delete

Yeah, there's a sheet floating around that supposedly tells you how to do it. My dealer also told me to say "POI off".

However, if you look in the owners manual, you're actually supposed to say "Turn Off Icons" or "Icons Off". I probably should double check that, but I'm almost positive that's what it is.

I ran into the same thing where I had a display full of gas stations and golf courses and no easy way to turn it all off!
