Question to GX owners -- do you follow the recommended 12 months propeller shaft grease or do it every 6 months?

I did the first one after 12 months and was surprised at how smooth the car drove under certain conditions. So this time I did it after 6 months.

What do you do? Do you notice any differences?

Haven't done it for the '14 but the propeller shaft has had a historically known issue for sticking and is usually cured by greasing the zerks...many threads on this in regards to Toyota trucks - just search the net. Since many Toyota/Lexus trucks share the same parts/engineering they in turn have the same issues... I would say it's good practice to keep these greased but don't over do it - many threads on what happens when over done!

Yes they do. The question is do you do it every 12 months vs 6 months. I found 12 months to be too long as there is too much difference in vehicle behavior after 12 months.
