HP = High Pressure?

I just got up off my knees to squint at my right rear tire and the maximum pressure molded on the sidewall is 51 PSI. It's too damn hot out to check all four tires, but they are the original road tires as our dealership only rotates front to back so I have no reason to suspect any are different.

So, if the regular latitude tours have a maximum of 44 and Lexus recommends a minimum of 32 you'll need to keep the pressure in that 12 PSI range.

We all should remember the famous Ford Explorer episode that buried Firestone when Ford thought that running an extremely low tire pressure to compensate for a poor suspension design was a good idea. From the resulting tire failures and rolled over Explorers, we see this was not a great plan and that low tire pressure causes some pretty serious issues!
